| When you hire a DJ, most people just expect a
wll dressed witty character standing behind a table playing CDs. But you hire
a DJ to be much more. Often times people hire a
DJ and the company will say, "Just tell us what
to play and we'll handle it. We'll do it the way we've always done it so just
sit back and relax and let us do our job. After
all, that is what you hired us for." Well, That may sound good, and very true, but in
the end, the "company's way" of handling things may not be the way you want it
done. Gateway Entertainment wants to do it "your way". After all, that IS what you hired us for. We're
basically your MC, your sound man, and your music programmer for any type of
event you may have. And we do it the way it's supposed to be done..."your way". If you tell us to NOT play
a certain type of music, we won't! Our sound & lighting systems also
play a big part in our success. At Gateway
Entertainment, we offer something a bit different to our customers. Our sound
systems carry a special processor that makes the sound system go crazy. It's
similar to a chef's "secret recipe". When you play any CD, it actually sounds
like the song is being played live, about 10 times the
quality of a CD. After all, isn't that why you
hire a DJ? So your music will be 100% professional?
So take all of those things, a mix it with an expert, state-of-the-art lighting
system, a well-trained DJ and you have a professional show for any & all
events! --------------------------------------------------------------

Approximately
90 percent of Gateway Entertainment's
work is done by the owner, John Littlefield.
John has worked with a few of the
best DJ companies in St. Louis prior
to establishing Gateway Entertainment.
One thing John was taught in the
early days, is that if the DJ is
having fun, everyone else will have
fun as well. Think about it.
If you go to a wedding reception, or a corporate party,
and the DJ is boring, how
long would you stay on the dance
floor? Probably not long at all.
And the host of the party paid good
money for a good DJ. So our job
is make sure every has a good time!
